Dua Lipa Dua Lipa, an English singer-songwriter was born in London, on 22 August 1995. After doing work as a fashion model and songwriter, she was able to sign with Warner Bros Records and release her debut album. It reached 3 in the U.K. Charts and produced eight singles. This included Be the One I.D.G.A.F The U.K. Number One single New Rules as well as the U.K. No. 1 single New Rules.
