Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on 28 October 1967 in Atlanta. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was one of the first Roberts to settle in Atlanta. Her father was interested in theatre from a very young stage. As a college student in Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he took part in numerous performances. When he joined the Air Force, in 1953 he appeared in an airforce production in Biloxi with Betty Lou Bredemus. The couple got married in 2005 and they had their first baby, Eric Anthony in 1956. Walter went to Tulane University at New Orleans in the year 1957, after they had separated from the Air Force of the United States. Walter was employed to work for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to assist on the stage of the show Bum Bum and His Buddies. The show was filmed in Decatur Georgia. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the local children's Saturday morning television program Bum Bum and His Buddies that they self-funded. In 1964 Walter and Betty Lou founded their own organization called the Actors and Writers Workshop. The workshop lasted about six years. During this time they had two more youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965 as well as Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
